Cary is an expert mortgage originator with over 30 years of experience.
Cary has been a mortgage originator since 1991 mainly working with various Mortgage Brokers. She has also been an “in-house lender” at First Team Real Estate and Realty One Group in Irvine. Although most of her business is done in Southern California, she is licensed to do loans in the entire state of California.
She has always been in an origination position due to the love of her clients and being able to help them to get into a home. Once there, it is her mission to be their “Lender for Life.” Because of this, she has outstanding customer service from the first phone call until closing. This includes her interaction with borrowers as well as realtor partners and anyone else involved in a transaction. Cary always puts her client’s best interest first!
Cary is an investor with knowledge of personally purchasing and owning investment property. She has also invested in other various avenues and is knowledgeable about all types of investing. She is very proficient with credit and how it affects the mortgage process. Cary counsels her clients if they are not quite ready to purchase. In doing so, she is able to help clients qualify for a loan that they may not have been able to, by suggesting tasks needed to be completed in order to qualify for a mortgage loan.
Due to Cary’s experience, customer service, and knowledge, she has built solid relationships within the real estate community as well as with past clients.
